FantasyGen offers both free and paid services:
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our trusted payment processor. Paddle handles all payment transactions, billing, and subscription management on behalf of Zhangpu, the service operator.
Payments are received by Zhangpu through Paddle's payment processing system. You will receive receipts and billing information directly from Paddle for all transactions.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy document for detailed information about refund eligibility and procedures.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit text prompts and generate fantasy content based on your descriptions using our Service.
You retain all rights to the text prompts you submit and the generated fantasy content. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or the generated fantasy content.
The Service, including its AI technology, algorithms, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
While our AI technology produces high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will meet your exact expectations. Results depend on the clarity and specificity of your text prompts.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall FantasyGen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
